Well
Kenny knows computers and I don't (frankly have other
interests) that us computer programs - he helped me install
new operating system from 2000 to xp, install new ram, find
products on web and suggest options, understand formatting
hard drive, finding and installing drivers from web to my
machine, overcoming faulty network connections, and even
gave me videos of what to do when I had no clue, e.g. jumpers
on drives, when to hit browse button to search and find
driver (duh) - very patient and helpful - seemed to never
get frustrated - went to find help on his system and brought
it back to me so i could see what he meant on several
occasions - I was using win2000 on most of my systems - but
time moves on and needed to modernize and remove clutter
that had built up - still have a couple of win2000 that he
made fly - anyway it is great to have a technical person
your desktop when help is needed - straight answers - and
help - have spent hours on phone to overcome windows update
error - with ms and computer mfg - they did not fix - Kenny
